Returns and Exchanges

Returns: 

Satisfaction and quality are our highest priority.  Sugar Medical will gladly accepts returns of merchandise within 60 days for a full refund.  Merchandise must show no signs of use. Since bags are used for blood testing supplies, we are unable to accept returns of used products due to health regulations. Returns will be credited in the same form as original payment.  Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable. We suggest returns are mailed United States Postal Service regular mail.

PodPals™ are non-refundable and therefore, we cannot accept returns for reimbursement. If you have any questions or require additional support for   PodPals™ please call the Omnipod® team anytime at 800-591-3455 or visit myomnipod.com    

Please include a copy of your invoice.  If you no longer have your invoice, please include note with the name the order was placed under and a phone number.  Please send to:

Exchanges: 

Receive you bag and change your mind on the color? No problem! Just send us back your bag with your invoice and include a note stating which color you would like to exchange it for. If there is a price difference, we will contact you directly before mailing out the exchange. Note: We will gladly exchange merchandise that is in perfect condition and shows no signs of use.
