Satisfaction and quality are our top priorities. Sugar Medical gladly accepts returns within 60 days for a full refund.

Items must be unused and in new condition.

Due to health regulations, we cannot accept returns of used products, as our bags are designed to store blood testing supplies.
Please note:

Adhesives are non-refundable. We are unable to accept returns or offer reimbursements for adhesive products.

PodPals™ are non-refundable. For questions or support regarding PodPals™, please contact the Omnipod® team at 800-591-3455 or visit myomnipod.com.

Returns will be credited to the original form of payment.

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

We recommend using USPS regular mail for returns.
Please include a copy of your invoice. If you no longer have it, include a note with the name the order was placed under and a phone number.

Exchanges
Changed your mind on the color? No problem!
Simply send your bag back with your invoice and a note stating which color you’d like to exchange it for. If there is a price difference, we will contact you before mailing the replacement.
