Returns

Satisfaction and quality are our top priorities. Sugar Medical gladly accepts returns within 60 days for a full refund.

  • Items must be unused and in new condition.

  • Due to health regulations, we cannot accept returns of used products, as our bags are designed to store blood testing supplies.

Please note:

  • Adhesives are non-refundable. We are unable to accept returns or offer reimbursements for adhesive products.

  • PodPals™ are non-refundable. For questions or support regarding PodPals™, please contact the Omnipod® team at 800-591-3455 or visit myomnipod.com.

  • Returns will be credited to the original form of payment.

  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

  • We recommend using USPS regular mail for returns.

Please include a copy of your invoice. If you no longer have it, include a note with the name the order was placed under and a phone number.

Exchanges

Changed your mind on the color? No problem!

Simply send your bag back with your invoice and a note stating which color you’d like to exchange it for. If there is a price difference, we will contact you before mailing the replacement.
