Returns

Shipping:

All orders $25 or more ship free of charge using United States Postal Service. Orders under $25 have a $3.95 shipping fee.  Please allow 4-7 business days for delivery.  If you prefer a faster shipping method, you can opt to choose U.S. Priority Mail for a fee.  Please allow 2-3 business days for U.S. Priority Mail. If you need overnight shipping, please contact us directly at  customerservice@sugarmedical.com or call us at 888-522-2545.  All packages ship from our warehouse in Virginia. A confirmation email is sent after purchase; however, emails may sometimes be filtered as spam or junk. Check these folders on your email server. If you are still having trouble locating your confirmation email, feel free to contact us. You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

 

For international orders, our standard delivery is 1st Class Mail through the United States Postal Service. Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery. For Canada, typical delivery is 5-7 days.  

 

Returns:

Satisfaction and quality are our highest priority.  Sugar Medical will gladly accepts returns of merchandise within 60 days for a full refund.  Merchandise must show no signs of use. Since bags are used for blood testing supplies, we are unable to accept returns of used products due to health regulations. Returns will be credited in the same form as original payment.  Returns after thirty days of purchase will be issued a merchandise credit to Sugar Medical.  Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable. We suggest returns are mailed United States Postal Service regular mail.

PodPals™ are non-refundable and therefore, we cannot accept returns for reimbursement. If you have any questions or require additional support for   PodPals™ please call the Omnipod® team anytime at 800-591-3455 or visit myomnipod.com

Exchanges: 

Receive you bag and change your mind on the color? No problem! Just send us back your bag with your invoice and include a note stating which color you would like to exchange it for. If there is a price difference, we will contact you directly before mailing out the exchange. Note: We will gladly exchange merchandise that is in perfect condition and shows no signs of use.
