Sugar Medical is one of the largest diabetic accessory companies in the country and proudly, still woman-owned. We specialize in diabetes supply cases, purses, backpacks, travel bags and accessories that are available worldwide, via Sugar Medical and through our international partners. We have created over 100 fashionable designs and will continue to develop new and exciting products that are both durable and practical for daily life with diabetes.


Sugar Medical gives back to the diabetes community by donating yearly to the JDRF, Beyond Type 1, and The Diabetes Link. We also participate in walks and benefits hosted by the JDRF and ADA and have donated 5000 bags to the JDRF’s Bag of Hope. In 2022 we launched an annual program that donates $1.5K to four diabetes camps for kids across the country. And in our local community here in Midlothian, VA, we donate to Chesterfield County Food Bank and local High School sports programs.

How can I track my order?

You will receive an email from customerservice@sugarmedical.com containing tracking information when your order ships.

Where do you ship outside the United States?

Currently we ship to the United States and Canada. For other countries, we use a wide network of International Distributors. By utilizing international distributors we are able to ship our diabetes products to: Australia, Belgium, Canada, France, Japan, Netherlands, Saudi Arabia, Sweden, United Kingdom and Germany. 

 

9.Do you accept returns and exchanges?

Sugar Medical takes pride in providing you with a good experience and quality products that you will love. We gladly work with you on returns and exchanges of specific Sugar Medical products. Some products, including used products can not be returned due to health regulations and guidelines. Read more about Sugar Medical’s Refund Policy.

 

Sugar Medical Product Returns: 

Satisfaction and quality are our highest priority.  Sugar Medical will gladly accept returns of merchandise within 60 days for a full refund. Merchandise must show no signs of use. Since bags are used for blood testing supplies, we are unable to accept returns of used products due to health regulations. Returns will be credited in the same form as original payment.  Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable. We suggest returns are mailed United States Postal Service regular mail.


PodPals™ are non-refundable and therefore, we cannot accept returns for reimbursement. If you have any questions or require additional support for   PodPals™ please call the Omnipod® team anytime at 800-591-3455 or visit myomnipod.com    


Please include a copy of your invoice. If you no longer have your invoice, please include a note with the name the order was placed under and a phone number.

Sugar Medical Product Exchanges: 

Received your bag and changed your mind on the color? No problem! Just send us back your bag with your invoice and include a note stating which color you would like to exchange it for. If there is a price difference, we will contact you directly before mailing out the exchange. Note: We will gladly exchange merchandise that is in perfect condition and shows no signs of use. Everything is fine except not big enough for everything you say it will hold. We travel for several days at a time and after putting pods and Dexcom supplies the case is not deep enough for my extra snacks, meter, etc. i am aware of how to pack it but still too small. I am still using it for everything I can and it has helped with my travels. I use a smaller sugar medical bag for insulin as I need to travel with vials. I'm able to put a larger ice pack for longer travel time.
