Sugar Medical, LLC. (“Sugar Medical”, "us", "we", or "our") operates www.sugarmedical.com (the "Site"). Third-Party Processors of Your Personal Information

We do not sell, lease, or rent your information to third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.  We only share your information with partners and digital products we use to make our Site work and to fulfill orders.  We use the following kinds of services to process orders, refunds, credits, and refunds via the Site and to communicate with visitors to the Site. The use of third-party processors may change over time, so please refer to this document for updates to this policy.

1-     Credit Card Processor – Sugar Medical does not save any credit card information on its own servers. Sugar Medical collects your Personal Information and sends it to our credit card processor. Your Personal Information is then processed on this processor’s external server.

 

2-     Order Management and Accounting System Processor – Sugar Medical collects your Personal Information and sends it to our order management and accounting system processor in order to process your orders and returns initiated by your interaction with Sugar Medical through this Site, or to fulfill any other related business purpose to assist in the management of your order.

 

3-     Social Media Processor – Sugar Medical does not collect your social media information, handles, or account information through this Site. However, Sugar Medical works with social media companies to market its products and to improve our communications and interactions with our customers. If we interact with you on one of these platforms, we will access and view your name and certain profile information.

 

4-     Email Marketing Processor –We use an email messaging and campaign management provider to collect email addresses, organize sending of these messages, and track delivery rates, open rates, and clicked links from those emails.  For this reason, we share your name and email address with our email messaging provider, and we categorize you for which email messages we would like to send to you.  You may unsubscribe from our marketing emails at any time, by using the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of one of these email messages.

 

5-     Applicant Management Platform Processor – Should you apply for a position at Sugar Medical, Sugar Medical will collect your Personal Information, in addition to your work history and all other related information included on your resume or other career-application related materials and send it to our applicant management platform processor in order to consider your application, resume, and related materials for employment at Sugar Medical.

 

6-     Log Data Processor – Like many site operators, we collect information that your browser sends whenever you visit our Site ("Log Data"). This Log Data is included in your Personal Information explained in more detail above. Sugar Medical collects your Log Data and sends it to third-party processing companies to learn visitation patterns and the success of our Site’s functionality. We use this data on an aggregate basis to understand how the Site is used and the characteristics of our site visitors and customers.

 

7-     Web Site Analytics – We use a website analytics service to track our website visitor’s use of the Site and interactions with its various pages, shopping cart, etc. 

Communications

We may use your Personal Information to contact you with newsletters, marketing or promotional materials, and other information that we use to create advertisements on third-party sites.

Cookies

Cookies are pieces of information stored directly on the computer that you are using. Like many sites, we use "cookies" to collect information. Our website, online advertisements, and emails use cookies, pixel tags, and other technologies to automatically collect information about your interactions, such as browser type, pages viewed, links clicked, and other actions you take in connection with our websites, online ads, and email. Third-Party Partner Web Sites

When you are on our Web Site you may have the opportunity to visit, or link to, other sites not operated by Sugar Medical. These sites may collect Personal Information about you. Sugar Medical does not control sites that are operated by any other entity or hosted at any web address other than sugarmedical.com and are not responsible for the information practices of these sites. This Privacy Policy does not apply to the information practices of any other website.

Phishing

"Phishing" is a scam designed to steal your personal information. If you receive an email that looks like it is from Sugar Medical asking you for your personal information, do not respond. Sugar Medical will never request your password, user name, credit card information, or other personal information through email.

 

“Do Not Track” Signals

Our Site does not support Do Not Track (DNT) at this time. DNT is a privacy preference you can set in your web browser to indicate that you do not want certain information about your web page visits tracked and collected across websites. Legal Requirements

Section 1798.83 of the California Civil Code requires select businesses to disclose policies relating to the sharing of certain categories of your Personal Information with third parties. We do not knowingly collect or maintain personally identifiable information on the Site from persons under 13 years of age, and no part of our Site is directed to anyone under the age of 13. If we learn that the Personal Information of persons under 13 years of age has been collected on the Site without verified parental consent, we will take the appropriate steps to delete this information.

We use Google Adwords Conversion tracker which uses cookies to help us determine how many people who clicked on our Google Ads end up contacting us through the website.
