"I love the SOS glucose packets. Easy to swallow. Tastes great. Easy to carry with me. In the past I have used the glucose tablets which tasted chalky, and for some reason made me cough. I’ve also used the gels, which tasted bad and really made me gag. I’ve used the little bottles of glucose “Juice”, which taste good, but the bottles are too bulky to carry in my diabetes bag. The SOS packets are the perfect solution for my diabetic emergency lows. They work perfectly to bring my blood glucose up to an acceptable level. Thanks for this wonderful product."

"The SOS packets were a bit much. I had to use a spoon so I didn’t choke on the powder. The glucose melts are very good. They just melt in your mouth as opposed to glucose tabs which you have to chew."
