Returns & Exchanges


Satisfaction and quality are our highest priority.  Sugar Medical will gladly accepts returns if merchandise within 30 days for a full refund.  Merchandise must show no visible signs of use. Since bags are used for blood testing supplies, we are unable to accept returns of used products due to health regulations. Returns will be credited in the same form as original payment.  Returns after thirty days of purchase will be issued a merchandise credit to Sugar Medical.  Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable. We suggest returns are mailed United States Postal Service regular mail.

Please include a copy of your invoice.  If you no longer have your invoice, please include note with the name the order was placed under and a phone number.  Please send to:

Receive you bag and change your mind on the color? No problem! Just send us back your bag with your invoice and include a note stating which color you would like to exchange for. If there is a price difference, we will contact you directly before mailing out the exchange. Note: We will gladly exchange merchandise that is in perfect condition and shows no signs of use.
