COVID-19 Response

To our Sugar Medical community: We are doing our part to protect and care for our team, our customers, and the greater public. As such, our office staff will be working from home. Our warehouse and fulfillment team has implemented more rigorous cleaning practices to protect itself and has reduced staffing to comply with recommended distancing requirements. We plan to keep shipping orders while taking extra care to protect the health of our associates. Due to the impact of COVID-19, it may take longer than usual for your order to arrive.

You may experience shipping delays with some of our partners as well. Please also be advised that the United States Postal Service is anticipating some disruptions, including military deliveries. Please visit the USPS Service Alerts page for more details.
